this is bad.
my body is degenerating.
Sudden pain in the chest almost every day, It comes when I'm sitting still. On the left. Longitudinally it's between the sternum and the nipple. Latitudinally it's about 3 fingers from the nipple/about 3 ribs up. Is that where the heart is? I don't know. I think not. Should be slightly lower right? I hope so?
The left wrist is still somewhat rigid still, left knee seems to get worse with support/more attention. Can the knee function with just 2 ligaments/2 torn ligaments? Will strong muscles be able to compensate the instability?
And there's also the (new) strange unbearable itch after showering (for about half a year already). In camp or at home. Cold or hot water. Soap or no soap. It itches. They call it aquagenic pruritus. Thankfully it does nothing (cosmetically, no blisters, nothing, unless one were to scratch). It's a (probable) symptom of a blood disease - overproduction of red blood cells. Hey it doesn't sound too bad right; that means more energy. But it means that blood thickens and perhaps it decides to stop flowing.
That's all for now.
Nobody's going to read this.
yeaaa.
