Yeah, how about you grow the fuck up and get a grip?
Real talk tho...
Sit down and think about about the feelings/impulses you have on a regular basis. Think about what they do for you, how they impact people... basically, how useful is this feeling? If you find that the cons outweigh the pros, get rid of it. Like, just totally kill off that feeling through concentrated power of will.
Anger on this level is useless since all it does is make you miserable and frustrated. Furthermore, you're never going to get anything you want by actively disliking people.
I spent many of my teenage years feeling like you did until something finally clicked. I generally dislike people, their flaws jump out at me and I tend to view them as the sum of their malfunctions. This is a terrible world-view and you should do everything you can to distance yourself from it.
Learn how a Redditor discovered one weird trick to deal with idiots.
What you need to do is start laughing at everyone and everything. It's literally a catch-all to be a more positive, happy person. Realize that the world and it's inhabitants make absolutely no sense whatsoever, that most every person you'll ever meet is dominated by a reactionary stimulus-response meta, and that no one really has a fucking clue about what's happening around them. That observation, to me, is absolutely hilarious because it's the exact opposite of how you'd expect things to be. The world makes no sense and you shouldn't try to force sense into it. Idiots frustrate you because you don't have a clue how to deal with them so you get trapped in a glass case of emotion like a fucking toddler.
Watching some George Carlin will help you understand this mindset. People are unrelentingly ridiculous and there's nothing funnier than not being able to understand them.
Also, you shouldn't let things you can't change frustrate you. Deal with it.

No matter how well adjusted and self-aware you may become with time, there are gonna be days you want to incinerate souls with your gaze and there might be nothing you can do about it - save express it in a way that doesn't ruin your life. I still have those days. The difference between me now and 10 years ago is basically the thought process: "Ok bitch, you're one incident away from Carrie today. Keep a lid on it." Then just handling it.
You gotta find your thing. If you're anything like me, you probably need a few. There are creative/physical outlets like contact sports, sex, rock climbing, metal/punk/other musics shows, writing, drawing, interpretive fucking dancing, clay pottery, sky diving, spray painting.. You have to find yours. I bet you all the comedians I just listed have rage issues, they just learned how to channel it into something that makes other people laugh, and made themselves rich, instead of making themselves miserable. It's alright to get fucking frustrated with how things are. It's not okay to let it ruin your life and other people's. If we all walked around making other people responsible for our feelings the world would be even more chaotic than it is. Be the bigger person. Don't be like the idiots you hate. Rise above.
About impulse control: stop saying "I can't." You can. Start there. Look up anger control techniques. Counting backwards from 100. Saying the alphabet backwards. Leaving the situation.
Also, it gets easier with age in my experience.
