I'm looking for a long down-riding escalator. On which I would take a seat and watch the world go past me. The many faces going by, registered momentarily and forgotten the next.

The many people whose paths I once crossed and whom I will never see again.





I am feeling some kind of heartache, some kind of sorrow, which I can't quite describe.

Do we have anything to learn from an inebriated man? Yes.

He, paradoxically, has a clearer mind by being in the Present. A drunkard can be a much better person - quantitatively, if he has a good heart. He lives and enjoys the present, he gives gratitude. He goes about solving problems when they appear as he humanly can. He remains kind to others; thoughtful and considerate.
